Our journey begins with gentle yin yoga grounding the body and calming the mind, physical vitality, mental clarity, and emotional harmony. Beyond movement, participants will immerse themselves in creative workshops, including vintage ornaments and herbal tea making. A mindful walk along the forest trail invites moments of reflection and connection, Twith time for forest bathing and setting intentions to carry into our bonfire ceremony weather permitting. The retreat also includes nourishing experiences for the soul: a sound bath for deep relaxation, hands-on Reiki to melt away stress. Throughout day, guests are invited to unwind in the optional hot tub, cold plunge and sauna, embracing stillness and warmth.
